Check your email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Log in to your account. Open your account to see every order, its status and its tracking details.
Use the order status link. The link in your order confirmation email always shows the latest status.

Tracking details appear once your order has been dispatched. If you have a question about an order, contact us with your order number.
